Self Esteem is built on the way we value ourselves. There are many factors that contribute to our sense of self esteem. For those of us with low self esteem, working on improving it can seem daunting. Those feelings of ‘I can’t do it’, “It won’t work for me’, ‘I’m too scared to share how I feel’, ‘What if they judge me?’ are feedback loops that maintain the low self esteem.

While it may seem easy for me to say that, it really isn’t. I have been there and I know how vulnerable it feels. This is why I tailor my approach to be as light a touch as possible, not another weight dragging you down.
