Everyone faces struggles in their lives, my own experience of therapy showed me how impactful the right support can be. I was inspired to help others sort through a lifetime of feelings and experiences and take back control.
After a long and rewarding career as a management consultant in the creative industries and property investment sector, I now run a private practice using a blend of therapies to help my clients.
I hold a postgraduate level qualification in Advanced Clinical Psychotherapy and I am a fully qualified clinical Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapist. I am also an Anxiety UK recommended practitioner.
I primarily work with trauma, anxiety, improving confidence/self esteem, enhancing motivation/performance, attachment style and related relationship difficulties. I combine developmental psychotherapy, counselling, clinical cognitive behavioral hypnotherapy, and mindfulness to help you identify the limiting patterns that don't work for you and embed new ones.

How I Work And The Therapy Approaches I Use
My first aim is to build a clear picture through a shared understanding of what you are going through, what you want to change, and what keeps you from making those changes. Understanding creates choice, freeing us from limiting patterns and enhancing resilience to future stressors.
I offer Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapy, which is an effective way to manage a range of distressing symptoms, bypass limiting beliefs, and build a healthier relationship with yourself. I also offer Integrative Psychotherapy, which is a way of accessing the sub-conscious processes and beliefs that trap us in limiting patterns. I have certification in Human Givens Relationship Counselling and Person-Centered Counselling. I have training in Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and Trauma-focused techniques.
